About the role:
The Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for building out and maintaining the internal developmental learning curriculum and framework for employees and managers globally. This strategy is focused on enhancing employee performance and effectiveness specifically in achieving the goals and objectives of the company. The Manager oversees a small internal team focused on learning opportunities for individual contributors as well as leading and owning enablement for People Managers across the org, including content creation, delivery to small and large audiences, and evaluation of the effectiveness of curriculum.
The Manger, Learning & Development builds strategy for developing soft skills, partners with internal teams to build technical skills and identifies new and creative ways to deliver content and key learnings to employees across Nintex at different levels. This role requires fast pace and adaptability in order to keep up with the changing needs of the business.
Your contribution will be:
- Using the company and department goals, regularly investigate and identify learning gaps within the employee base and create and deliver programs that will work to close those gaps.
- Own the Manager Enablement strategy for People Managers at Nintex.
- Support employee onboarding activities including day one activities and beyond.
- Contribute to ongoing leadership trainings and curriculum.
- Create and deliver dynamic curriculum in live or recorded sessions.
- Support DE&I learning and development activities and training.
- Partner with leaders across the business to develop targeted curriculum based on business needs.
- Maintain an updated internal learning site, including content, event calendar, and ongoing calendar for learning opportunities.
To be successful, we think you need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 -7 years of progressive responsible experience with creation and delivery of training
- Minimum of 2 years in a direct management role managing a team of L&D professionals.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a Management Enablement program
