Manager of wayfair.co.uk Business Trends
Who We Are
The Business Trends team collaborates with Wayfair's executive leadership and all business functions to identify, monitor, and address metric trends that drive Revenue and long-term Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). The team analyzes trends and develops a narrative on Wayfair's absolute and relative performance compared to competitors, both in the short-term and long-term. This allows Wayfair's senior leaders to quickly understand performance drivers, triage issues in real-time, and identify areas where plans need to be refined. Business Trends adds value by: 1) driving long-term CLV by unifying the organization around Wayfair's customer value proposition, tracking related input metrics, and driving interventions if customers are not reacting to improvements or if deviations from normal trends are observed; and 2) influencing partner teams to devote resources to areas of the business that need improvement in order to advance overall business performance and share taking.
