Title: Manager, Paid Social

HelloFresh is looking for a performance driven marketing manager to grow customer acquisition through our Paid Social media channels. As a manager of the team, you will be responsible for scaling cost-effective customer acquisition campaigns across paid social channels by executing the campaigns, performing campaign trafficking, and using analytics to inform decisions and drive execution to optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals. You will be responsible for our flagship brand HelloFresh.com and lead the charge in paid social supporting our Hypergrowth brands such as Factor, GreenChef and Every Plate.  We are looking for a candidate who has experience managing paid social campaigns and increasing efficiency through optimization and testing. 

You will...
  • Strategically plan, execute and implement paid social campaigns on ROI basis (Meta / TikTok / Snap / Pinterest)
  • Implement, test and optimize performance tactics, including audience, creatives, bidding strategy, across multiple acquisition campaigns to maximize efficiency. You will be in charge of the conception and implementation of our paid social campaigns in US
  • Evaluate campaign performance and set up the right KPIs (CAC / CVR / CTR) and report to key stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Brand and Creative, BI, CRM,  etc.—(targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
  • Conduct regular testing for paid social and create a strategic roadmap to ensure both short-term and long term success of the channel
  • Collaborate with channel managers across other growth channels to ensure alignment, and find opportunities to achieve overall business growth
  • Be responsible for clearly communicating the performance, strategy and visitation to key stakeholders
  • Manage two direct reports and agency partners to own paid social across multiple brands

  • Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding environment having strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills and ability to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • Strong with organizational skills, project management and communication ability
  • A self-starter and proactive in making the paid social channel grow and meet targets

You have...

  • A Bachelor’s degree with proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience with paid social advertising, with a heavy focus on biddable buying
  • Hands-on keyboard experience in Paid Social Platforms (Meta / TikTok / Snap / Pinterest, etc)
  • Experience with Analytics, Remarketing, RTB, Adserver, tracking, creative and landing page optimization
  • Experience handling large budgets, high campaign volume and complex strategies to drive quantifiable results
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting
