What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Manager, Professional Services North America. 

As the Manager, Professional Services North America, you will guide the Architecture and Engineering Services teams in scoping, delivering, and training on LogicMonitor products and services. Your mission is to ensure successful customer deployment by implementing best practices that align with the industry's highest standards for SaaS deployment. Take the lead in developing metrics-based, innovative approaches to consistently enhance and deliver LogicMonitor's most advanced and intricate technical solutions.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Execute performance objectives and define professional development opportunities for the Architecture and Engineering Services team.
  • Manage and share team metrics providing visibility into team activity, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Provide day-to-day management, leadership, and oversight of personnel.  
  • Provide guidance and direction, plan quarterly performance objectives, ensure adequate staffing, manage personnel issues and performance.
  • Gather feedback around Product and Tech Ops.
  • Work with the Project Management and Customer Success teams as a critical stakeholder for customer onboarding and deployment planning.
  • Work with the Technical Support team to provide training and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Dedicate ample time with LM customers, prospects, and the industry to remain closely aware of customer problems and industry trends relating to software deployment.
  • Participate and contribute as a member of the Professional Services Management Team.
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years experience working in Professional Services, IT Operations or Software Development.
  • Experience in scripting and software development workflows.
  • Working knowledge of GiT, Python, Groovy/Java, or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of Windows and/or Linux Server Application Administration, Cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure platforms.
  • Ability to manage staffing across geographically distributed offices.
  • Certification is a plus: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, VMware VCP, CCNA or MCSA or equivalent

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$109,300—$150,300 USD
