Manager, Quote-to-Cash Transformation

The ChallengeAs the Transformation Manager, your mission is to align the Quote-to-Cash process with OneTrust’s strategic goals and objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to ensure that processes support the overall business strategy. Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring smooth implementation of process changes are key aspects of this role. You will be accountable for end-to-end project lifecycle support, from requirements gathering through to post-release support, and everything in between.
Your Mission- Collaborate with Director of Order Management, systems teams, corporate strategy, and relevant stakeholders such as GTM, Legal, Order Management, Billing, Tax, and Rev Rec to transform our Quote-to-Cash workstream.
- You'll be responsible for managing a roadmap of projects focused on enhancing our quoting, booking, and invoicing processes. The goal is to streamline the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workstream, making it simpler for our sales team to close deals and ultimately delivering a consistent high quality customer experience.
- You will document bottlenecks and points of failure to drive clarity of business requirements. You will use this information to validate the business impact of projects and ensure that the solutions are scalable and highly automated.
- You will partner with our GTM teams to identify ways to drive improvements into their workflows and optimize the experience to their objectives.
- By analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices, you'll facilitate the evolution of Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing scalability and automation.

Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5 + years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Sales Operations or Order Management with a focus on Quote-to-Cash.
- Advanced knowledge of Order Management processes and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of Quote-to-Cash systems and their end-to-end processes such as Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, Ironclad, etc.
- Proficiency in management tools like Jira, Monday.com, and Confluence.
- Proficiency in developing and documenting end-to-end processes and project-related artifacts such as business requirements, flow charts, solution designs & acceptance criteria.
- You possess strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Led transformative Quote-to-Cash initiatives
- Can build reports in Salesforce & Excel
- Understanding of CLM Solutions
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

- Location-flex: Similar to other companies’ remote policies, for OneTrust “Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.
