The Opportunity:

As our Manager, SMB, you'll be managing a full-cycle, outgoing, organized, and high performing sales team.  You'll coach the team and consistently demonstrate best-practice throughout the sales process.

Your team of 6-8 SMB Account Executives will carry a quota of up to $2m (depending on headcount) and you'll need to mentor and coach, on a team and individual level to ensure quotas are achieved and exceeded!  Our SMB team are talking to some of the coolest startups which are disrupting all industries and who need testing throughout their entire development process.  It's a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment so you'll need to be adaptable, great at tactical execution, driven and a quick learner.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Passionately evangelize remote user research & testing to startups
  • Manage full sales-cycle in a consultative manner, including contract negotiations
  • Effectively forecast the teams numbers
  • Prioritize opportunities and manage your time & resources appropriately
  • Coach team members and accept coaching whenever it is given

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • You'll need experience managing a sales team with a start-up or SMB focus, preferably with SaaS experience
  • You'll have a track record of hitting and exceeding $1-2m quotas
  • You'll have sold to start ups and understand the product testing process
  • You'll need an entrepreneurial mindset and able to thrive in a startup environment which moves quickly, thinks strategically and is good at tactical execution
  • You'll have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
