As a Market Intelligence intern, you will learn to effectively message to developers and business-decision makers. You will have a unique opportunity to experience how a fast-growing technology company operates at the pivotal intersection between engineering and go-to-market. Throughout your internship you will be mentored by our management team, participate in training programs, and become a fully integrated member of the market intelligence team.

• In the process of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an engineering, computing or an analytically-minded discipline (e.g. history or journalism)
• You have a passion for technology and a desire to understand it at a fundamental level
• You have an analytical mindset that shows you’re able to effectively disseminate, evaluate, and make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative inputs
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You have strict and continual attention to detail in creating and proofing materials
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• You possess the ability to analyze, process, and report on largely distributed information and statistics
• Your time management skills are stellar with the ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines. You possess excellent organizational, follow-up, and follow through skills
• You are a self-starter that is excited to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• You are curious with a strong desire to learn, adapt and grow
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Eligible to obtain a University Internship Agreement for a 10-11 week full-time internship commencing in June/July 2024

• You will take something that is technically complex and make it understandable to a variety of audiences
• You will translate technical concepts and patterns into business benefits
• You will assist in delivering content, such as white papers, blogs, webinars, thought leadership, speaking events, etc. that communicates the competitive value of MongoDB as a leading industry solution
• You will analyze and interpret diverse datasets to report trends and findings back to the team
• You will act as a liaison, gathering feedback from the field (e.g. quantitative and qualitative survey results and findings)

MongoDB Internships in Spain are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks from June/July.
