To accomplish a successful execution of marketing campaigns, this person will need a data-driven mindset with strong communication skills to work across technical and non-technical audiences and prior experience in marketing analytics.

As a Marketing Analyst, B2B Marketing, you will:

  • Develop and own marketing attribution models across internal and external systems

  • Identify opportunities most important for growth to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization, and partner with growth-focused teams across the B2B business

  • Present work and complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and logical way

User profiling and user experience:

  • Leverage internal data to understand our user base and user journey, and how they interact with our product and offerings

  • Model user segmentation and persona to identify personalized marketing opportunities

Modeling approach and quality control:

  • Be creative and efficient in the modeling approach (find the simple logic that solves most of the problem)

  • Write elegant, reproducible, and well-commented code

  • Follow standard engineering practices: model design, develop, review and feedback, test, document, analyze, and productionize code

Collaboration and communication:

  • Excellent at communication and easy to work with

  • Proactively identify problems and propose solutions to the team

  • Contribute to strategic business problem discussions with internal project teams and develop quantitative models to best quantify business impact

Qualifications:

  • Experience in data analytics, data science, or machine learning in marketing, business strategy, finance, engineering, or analytics org.

  • Experience with SQL, and at least one of the scripting languages such as Python

  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling

  • Experience making tradeoffs between speed and accuracy and using the right tool to get the job done with maximum efficiency

  • Strong technical and communication skills

  • BS in Data Analytics, Science, Statistics, Computer Science or relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.

You are:

  • A great colleague - the kind of person people love working with

  • A self-motivator and a serial learner

  • Proactive and results-driven

  • An excellent communicator - both verbally, in writing, and visually

  • Able to thrive in environments with a certain amount of ambiguity and turn ambiguous problems into clear deliverables or insights

  • Curious and analytical. You rigorously question and test your own and others’ assumptions, supported by data

  • Detail oriented. You double cross check your own results using different methods

  • Interested in joining a high-performing team with a supportive and inclusive culture

You will:

  • Be part of a global, distributed team, which means flexible working hours and a requirement to participate in early or late meetings on a regular basis

  • Be working with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures

  • Be expected to travel <10% of the time
