About the job
This position is needed to serve as an advisor for our Field Marketing, Third Party Events & ABM motion. This person plays a key analytical role in building frameworks for reporting measurement & using our data to develop audiences based on Marketers business needs. In this job you will act as one of Marketing’s Business Analysts for our sales funnel driven motions. Success in this role is stakeholders taking your data-driven insights and crafting future strategies that improve marketing performance.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Act as the business performance communication bridge between the Analytics team and key Marketing & GTM Stakeholders (Field Marketing, Third Party Events, ABM & Sales Strategy )
- Help identify reporting needs & audience selection. Collaborate with Marketing Operations to identify scalable reporting processes. Work with Data Science & Engineering to ensure data sets we generate for KPI reporting can be easily manipulated.
- Assist in the compilation of bi-weekly & monthly reports for the broader Marketing team. Work with main stakeholders on pairing insights with corrective actions.
- Own the creation and maintenance of current and future dashboarding requests for assigned stakeholders. Excellent quantitative modeling, statistical analysis experience and problem-solving skills.
- Work with data across multiple systems including but not limited to Salesforce, Twilio applications, Google Sheets & Marketo.
- Work with regional counterparts to construct narratives and build cohesive storytelling across the Marketing Funnel.
- Condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways that drive action.

Required:
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data actively for measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations
- Embrace change with a positive attitude & bias towards action based learning.
- Prior experience with reporting & analytics within Marketing Analytics/Operations, Sales Analytics, Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing, Sales or Go-To-Market adjacent role.
- 2+ years of experience using analytics to drive meaningful business results.
- Ability to use scripting languages (Python, R,) to create predictive/statistical models on marketing performance analysis.
Desired:
- Tableau or other BI platform experience building visuals for Executive reporting.
- Consulting, Sales or other customer facing experience working across a wide range of stakeholders.
Location
This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.
Travel

*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, Washington and Washington D.C. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado or Washington D.C.: $92,800 - $116,000.
- Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $98,320 - $122,900.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $109,200 - $136,500.
- This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
