The opportunity 

As the Marketing Analytics Lead, you will spearhead our marketing analytics team, driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our marketing data initiatives. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Growth & MarTech and the primary point of contact for all marketing analytics matters, collaborating closely with company data team leaders and ensuring the continuous development of our centralized marketing data.

Your responsibilities 
  • POC for Marketing Analytics: Serve as the main point of contact for marketing analytics, liaising with company data team leaders.
  • Data Centralization: Continue the development and enhancement of our centralized marketing data.
  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute the marketing analytics strategy and roadmap.
  • Leadership: Lead the marketing analytics team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Reporting & Attribution: Own and refine marketing reporting, including the development and maintenance of attribution models.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Leverage experience with multi-channel campaigns to drive marketing effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present and justify work, foster strong relationships, and ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders and local markets.
  • Executive Presentations: Utilize advanced GSlides skills to prepare and present executive-level presentations and visualise data.
What you need to succeed 
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in roles such as marketing, business analysis, data analytics or consulting in sectors like e-commerce, tech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in managing marketing analytics and building effective teams.
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns.
  • Advanced skills in GSlides for executive presentations.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive the marketing analytics vision.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and rationalise work to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive when working with tight deadlines.

Technical Skills

  • Utilize visualization tools, preferably Looker, to build and deliver dashboards and automated reports.
  • Working knowledge and experience writing queries using SQL, familiarity with Python is a plus.
  • Experience with BigQuery is highly desirable and familiarity with DBT is a significant advantage.
