The Job

For our ambitious, fast growing team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our Brand Team for a 1 year maternity cover. As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the local marketing communications strategies incl. implementation of all marketing communications for the HelloFresh Nordics team. 

We are looking for a structured and creative storyteller, who knows how to develop omni-channel marketing strategies that will attract customers and improve our brand equity. In addition we are looking for a communication strategist who has experience in leading and developing a small creative team of local copywriters and delivering high quality copy for both the HelloFresh and Factor brands across all three Nordic Markets: Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

You will be an integral part of a fast-growing team based in Copenhagen, Denmark and you will report directly to our Head of Brand.

You will… 
  • Work with teams across the business (including CRM, Growth Marketing, Culinary, Retention, Product, Customer Care and Design) to ensure external customer communications and messaging is aligned to our brand benefits and tone of voice
  • Work closely with the brand team to develop communication frameworks and key messaging for new products and brand campaigns by contributing with creative thinking and strategy
  • Be responsible for developing and measuring monthly content themes and talking points for relationship channels in collaboration with local copywriters
  • Manage a team of three copywriters responsible for copywriting cross the HelloFresh and Factor brands and lead creative sprint planning to ensure excellent copywriting across HF website, app and marketing collaterals
  • Proof and edit content developed by the team making suggestions that ensure alignment to key messaging and adherence to brand style guidelines 
  • Own social media content strategy, monthly content calendar, deliverables and work closely with local copywriters for execution
You have…
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related area
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of creating and implementing a communications strategy for the organization 
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and understanding (and being able to proofread) of all three
  • Exceptional communication skills, oral and written and experience with both internal and external communications
  • Excellent team player with the ability to build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholder, including at senior levels
  • Experience with social media strategy and planning including creating content and media strategy planning, executing and evaluating
  • Strong understanding of marketing mix for both Growth and Brand channels incl. upper and mid funnel channel communication 
  • Experience leading a team of creatives - experience with sprint planning is a plus 
  • Solid project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and support different stakeholders at once
