The Marketing Team:

We are helping prospects understand the value of JWP by providing them the information they need.  We do this both responding to their inbound requests through our website and by reaching out and sharing key industry and technology information. A day at JWP may include creating and sending email, social posts, video mails, responding to inquiries or working closely with sales on account strategy and outreach. 

The Opportunity: 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed short term contract for parental leave coverage.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage and prioritize inbound leads from our website, swiftly following up and coordinating qualification calls to score and advance leads.
  • Work directly with the demand generation director and sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns for both prospects and existing customers to drive pipeline growth.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate prospect database by regularly updating data.
  • Craft customized 1:1 communication for targeted accounts and prospects via emails and LinkedIn, adhering to our ABM strategies.
  • Ensure a strong sense of urgency in responding to lead inquiries, treating each lead with the utmost importance and timeliness.
  • Maintain knowledge of our buyers, customers, and portfolio so that you can effectively communicate with prospects.

Requirements for the role: 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to research and understand key personas to effectively tailor messaging.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of a dynamic SaaS organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable conducting video calls with prospects to qualify leads.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting on campaign progress and activities.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience as a sales development representative for a company that sells technology in the video space.
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and oral)
