Marketing Coordinator

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting the SEO team with the execution of manual and recurring operational tasks that are essential to maintaining and optimizing our SEO landing pages. This includes updating copy and creative assets, managing image hosting, and ensuring accurate implementation of changes in our content management systems. Additionally, the assistant will be responsible for the generation and maintenance of voucher codes that are critical for tracking and attribution. The role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate execution of SEO initiatives across multiple markets, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Manage and maintain SEO landing page content using templates and CMS tools (e.g., Contentful).
- Coordinate content and image updates in line with brand and marketing guidelines.
- Support SEO tracking efforts by managing voucher codes and ensuring accurate implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content and campaign assets are published accurately and on time.
- Follow defined processes with attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality across content updates.
What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO support, or content operations preferred; exceptional candidates with slightly less experience may also be considered.
- High attention to detail and ability to execute repetitive tasks accurately and reliably.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks when coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS); experience with Contentful is a plus, but not required.
- Understanding of SEO principles, especially in relation to content and keyword traffic management.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable time management to meet regular deadlines in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
