About this role :  Our Business Operations Coordinator / Marketing Coordinator will be part of the German team, which is responsible for the execution of various business operations activities on our channels within the market.

 

The focus of this position is to improve the flow of efficiency across teams and to enhance customer satisfaction.You will work for our Connect tribe, which builds and operates interconnected shopping platforms for our B2B partners (e.g. CNN, Elpais, Business Insider, Focus Online, DailyMail, Microsoft, etc.).

Connect aspires to be “the customer's easy, fair, and caring shopping partner from discovery to purchase”. We focus on helping consumers to make the best purchasing decision through shopping recommendations, product comparisons, reviews, deals, and coupons. The tribe traces its origins back to 2012 and operates across 21 markets in Europe, North America, APAC, and Latin America.  Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day business operations activities ensuring all marketing placements are in accordance with commercial agreements.

  • Coordination of marketing strategies (campaign, newsletter, content and social media) & creative assets necessary for commercial support

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of campaigns & KPIs accordingly

  • Produce regular commercial reports to be presented to our internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile : 
  • Fluency in English and Polish Speaker both spoken and written
  • Ability to speak in German language is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication or related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a affiliate marketing, sales operations, marketing or agency role 

  • Detail-orientated

  • You are enthusiastic about numbers, statistics and charts, and you like to present your results

  • Able to work independently and demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Good analytical skills
