✅The Role

We are seeking an organised and tech-savvy individual with exceptional communication skills to join our Event & Webinar team. In this dynamic role, you will assist with the operational procedures for our fast-paced global events, conferences, and webinar programme.

This hands-on administration position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, delivering complex events worldwide, and the chance to be part of a leading marketing team in a highly successful AI-driven organisation.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the delivery of events and webinars to enhance brand and product visibility, driving engagement and revenue among targeted audiences.
  • Report directly to the Event & Webinar Lead within the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with the global commercial teams (Sales and Partners) to plan events and webinars.
  • Oversee the execution of online and in-person events, including tradeshows, client events, conferences, dinners, receptions, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the event planning process to ensure smooth progress and quality control.
  • Create detailed event plans with all stakeholders, manage the implementation and delivery and ensure all stakeholders hit key deadlines
  • Fulfilment of the event plans including overseeing contract deliverables, event logistics, collateral, and stand production, speaker and attendee briefings and follow ups in line with the event objectives.
  • Monitor and manage budget expenditures, processing invoices and tracking costs using relevant software.
  • Maintain the events and webinar calendar shared with the commercial team
  • Research new event opportunities and venues, presenting cost analyses.
  • Measure and report on event impact, including attendee numbers, pipeline growth, and revenue.
  • Manage data imports for events in Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Assist in coordinating event promotions and communications with the marketing team, including social media graphics, event web pages, and promotional emails.

✅ Digital

  • Working with the Digital Marketing Coordinator for Corsearch website to oversee creation and updating of event landing pages
  • Supporting the marketing data and processes within the CRM system to maintain up-to-date information, managing and co ordinating the data imports into Salesforce/Pardot, reviewing and updating missing and incorrect data to ensure consistency and healthy data for campaign execution.  
  • Create and test campaign tracking in Salesforce

✅Essential

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a strong focus on detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in successfully organising events.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A creative mindset to generate innovative ideas and address ad hoc requests.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate early or late events.
  • Proficient in relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign & Illustrator), Monday.com and Pardot is a plus.
