Role Mission 

As a Marketing Executive, you'll design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aimed at key audience profiles across various digital channels. Your role will be crucial in growing audiences and engagement through strategic digital marketing efforts.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Campaign Execution: Work with the Marketing Manager and team to deliver outbound marketing campaigns. Develop operational plans, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Channel Management: Execute marketing plans across multiple channels, including website, email, PPC, SEO, and Display. Optimize channel effectiveness through timely, relevant communications.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Share insights to drive revenues and optimize strategies based on data.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery. Maintain clear communication and timelines with all stakeholders.
  • Content Development: Deliver content calendars through designated channels, ensuring all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of testing and metrics-driven decision making. Identify and implement best practices to enhance campaign performance.

Who We Are Looking For/Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Data Analytics, Email Marketing, Social Media, Website CMS, and Display. Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe).
  • Analytical and Creative: Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Ability to recommend optimization strategies based on performance data.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Collaboration and Autonomy: Confident working both autonomously and in collaboration with partner agencies. Able to build and maintain meaningful client partnerships while maintaining a strong commercial focus.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to deliver against business plans driven by growth targets. Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Digital-First Mindset: Ability to predict audience preferences and effectively plan and execute digital content campaigns.
