Marketing Executive, South Korea (16-Month Fixed Contract)
Fixed Contract Period: From Mar 1, 2025, to July 11, 2026
What You Will Be Doing
- Help execute, and implement South Korea marketing strategies and programs, based on current brand positioning; build strong relationships with relevant media stakeholders for story pitch.
- Develop content marketing based on key search words on the Mintel client platform and SEO search word ranking
- Execute marketing initiatives like webinars, Mintel offline workshops, and trade shows within South Korea; plan, and execute content marketing like leads generation campaign to drive sales leads in South Korea
- Support, secure, and coordinate thought leadership speakerships within South Korea.
- Understand business needs, and find solutions from a marketing point of view to help solve the problems or challenges the commercial team is facing with integrated marketing and PR tools.
- Be a key member of the APAC Marketing team, support APAC level and global level campaign implementation to make sure it is carried out efficiently in local markets.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree, overseas educational background preferred.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years or above experience in marketing and communications function, B2B or market research industry background is preferable.
- Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
- Must be a self-driven and have a strong ownership
- Data-driven, familiar with data analysis preferred
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Korean and English.
- Proven recent track history in planning and executing marketing and PR campaigns within South Korea market.
- Fluent English as the working language.
- Ability to manage time well, work under own initiative and prioritize own work.
- Strong organizational skills and good work ethic, with attention to detail and results-driven.
- Proven strategic, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Track record as a high performer under pressure and adherence to deadlines with a quality outcome.
- Demonstrated business maturity and professionalism.
- Understanding of working within the corporate structure for approval processes.
- Proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media networks.
- Experiences with SalesForce and Marketo preferred
