We are currently looking for a Marketing Intern to become a vital part of our remote team. In this role, as a Marketing Intern, you'll have the chance to engage in diverse projects and initiatives that offer invaluable exposure to the world of marketing. This internship is thoughtfully crafted to assist you in honing and expanding your marketing skills while actively participating in real-world projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Partnership Support: Assist in managing and tracking partnership activities on various listing platforms, ensuring timely updates and accurate representation of Habyt's services.
• Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by coordinating promotional efforts, providing necessary materials, and following up on partnership leads to drive conversions.
• Platform Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the effectiveness of partnerships across listing platforms and assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
• Client Queries: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information regarding services, bookings, and any other partnership-related concerns.
• Administrative Support: Assist with billing, reporting, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.

Your Qualifications

• Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to engage and negotiate effectively with potential partners.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, demonstrating a positive attitude and proactive approach.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce or PipeDrive.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change as the company grows and evolves.
• Previous Experience: Prior internship or work experience in marketing, partnerships, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
