THE ROLE
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support cross-functional marketing teams on real, business-impacting projects. This role is designed to build core marketing skills while giving exposure to different marketing disciplines based on team needs and project scope.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support planning, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives
- Assist with content development, research, reporting, and campaign support
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, operations, and events
- Analyze data and summarize insights to inform decisions
- Help document processes, organize materials, and improve workflows
- Take ownership of a defined project from start to finish. Past project examples include, but are not limited to—
- Communications & Content: Developing executive blog drafts, media briefing materials, or internal messaging
- Digital & Demand Gen: Mapping customer journeys, testing messaging variations, or evaluating conversion paths
- Social Media: Building internal enablement guides, piloting advocacy programs, or supporting brand campaigns
- Product / Field Marketing: Creating playbooks, coordinating sales trainings, or supporting go-to-market initiatives
- Marketing Ops & Analytics: Standardizing reports, improving data quality, or documenting campaign workflows
- Customer & Community Marketing: Designing event experiences, coordinating customer engagement programs, or managing reference workflows
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave
WHAT YOU BRING
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related field)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data or reporting
- Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
