What can you expect in this role: 

Teads is looking for a Marketing Intern based in Singapore, who can contribute fresh ideas, create content, and research industry trends. Your focus is mainly on executing marketing & communications based on strategy and supporting and managing business efficiency.Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, APAC, the ideal candidate is a fresh marketing graduate with a strong understanding of B2B marketing, social media, and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest working within a fast-paced environment. 

  • Assist in the execution of Teads APAC’s media and local key messaging strategy across all media, including press, broadcast, and publications to raise Teads’ profile and market Teads’ activities
  • Prepare invitations, event agendas, track records, and registration forms for local & global events
  • Work closely with the Japan sales, publishing, and CX team to ensure they are fully supported with marketing collateral and content
  • Provide administrative aid for various projects related to the market, which includes project meeting schedules, minutes of a meeting, transcribing notes, and composing memos
  • Localize sales and marketing materials, which include presentations, collaterals, newsletters, and research
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics
  • Make sure all communications are in line with the global marketing strategy set by the local Marketing Head

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Business level proficiency in English 
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, but not essential
  • Sales, field marketing experiences a plus
  • Intermediate or better Excel skills (function, VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
  • CRM (Hubspot, Splash Page) knowledge is preferable
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media running
