Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a consumer-centric, data-driven Marketing Manager, Healthcare to join our exciting and fast-paced team in Bellevue, WA. We have very ambitious plans for this rapidly growing business and are looking for an experienced Marketing leader and builder. The Marketing Manager will map out the consumer experience and develop detailed marketing strategies for our growing customer segments within our Pharmacy category. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded & data-driven marketing professional who can flex between strategic and executional work. This is a unique opportunity to work in a start-up like fashion, but for an existing and loveable brand that requires a scrappy, action-biased, self-starter individual with superior relationship building skills. Among other projects, you will work on developing new category positioning & messaging, translate product features and functionality into consumer facing benefits, define success metrics, and bring our initiatives to life across marketing touchpoints.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a thought leader with a vision to evolve a growing e-commerce business and improving the Marketing function within a business
  • Lead development of marketing initiatives 'end to end' (including positioning, messaging, creative development, go to market plans, execution, measurement, marketing mix and reporting) that drive goals & key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with Chewy brand marketing teams and channel owners (Email, Digital, Social, Content, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention across paid and owned channels, continuously optimizing and seeking improvements for all channels
  • Design and execute marketing frameworks, analyze results, and implement scalable campaigns
  • Work closely with category managers to build out marketing plans based on category expansion plans, product development, and annual goals
  • Partner with consumer insights team to develop and execute consumer research plans to build our consumer-first strategies based on insights
  • Work with internal creative teams to develop assets from concepts through execution across a broad range of tactics

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce, technology, and/or healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience
  • Must have attention to detail and possess critical thinking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, project management skills and client-facing experience preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment
  • Advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel) experience
  • Ability to develop metrics, analyze data quantitatively and identify opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • Travel may be required

Compensation & Benefits: 

Our salary range for a Marketing Manager position is $87,000.00 - $130,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
