Okta is looking for a Marketing Manager to help grow our business in Iberia and Italy. 

In this role, reporting to the WEMEA (Western EMEA) marketing leader,  you will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy in these countries, in close partnership with sales.

You will have full ownership of the marketing plan, with a focus on Spain and Italy, working in collaboration with global and regional marketing functions to bring it to life. With a focus on new business, you will use the full marketing mix to create integrated campaigns that pull through demand. Collaboration within marketing cross functionally will be critical for success -  using the expertise of the global Campaign Marketing, Communications and Marketing Operations teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns.

You would be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience in a demand generation / marketing position within an B2B technology organisation
  • Proven skills across a full spectrum of marketing channels from events, email, digital, advertising, content etc and bring a integrated marketing mindset 
  • Understanding of growth marketing tactics and best practices, and how to work with and through ecosystem partners
  • Ability to convert  data insights into action 
  • Experience working in a fast paced and high growth environment where you may have to wear multiple hats
  • Agency and vendor management experience
  • Strong communication skills and are comfortable working with sales and leadership teams
  • Ability to work independently, own and drive a strategy end-to-end and lead cross-functional initiatives
