We are looking for a Marketing Manager, India to help drive Mintel’s brand awareness in India market, develop and execute marketing plan and campaigns to boost business growth. This role is based in Mumbai, India, reporting to Vice President of APAC Marketing and Communications. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Strategy planning: Along with your line manager – APAC Marketing and Communications Vice President, create a comprehensive marketing strategy for Mintel in India targeting mainly clients from marketing, product innovation, consumer marketing insight functions of CPG brands. The strategy needs to include clear objectives, fit into local market business needs. 
  • Marketing operation programs execution: you are responsible in developing a marketing calendar of operational programs for Mintel in India market and smooth execution of those programs, including but not limited to content based lead generation campaign, demand generation campaign, webinars, offline workshops, trade shows, speakership, sponsorship identification and negotiation
  • Stakeholder relationship management: as Marketing Manager for India, you are responsible for building and maintaining trust and good relationships with your stakeholders from both internally and externally, including Mintel Insight Team, Sales team, trade show organizers, partners, global teams, etc to work as one team in order to support business growth. 
  • Marketing performance review and analysis: you are responsible for building a marketing performance review report for India market on quarterly basis with data support to analyze what works, what does not work, what improvement needs to be done, how to adjust for a better next quarter.  

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor degree with 6-8 years working experience in marketing function, experiences with multi-channels a plus
  • Experiences in organizing offline events, joining industry trade shows, conference speakership, producing content marketing pieces like lead generation campaigns and email campaigns
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, MS 365 Dynamics preferred
  • Responsibility: we need you to have strong sense of responsibility and ownership of India Marketing to drive things forward; 
  • Passion: we want you to be passionate about what you are doing, passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns that helps drive business growth in India;
  • Business acumen: we want you to have strong business sense as this role will need to work closely with sales team to help drive sales leads generation and conversion.
  • Team player: this role sits in APAC Marketing Team, we want you to be a team player with wider marketing team and other functions for smooth partnership and coordination.
  • Efficiency: we are a fast-paced team with multiple projects going on, we want you to prioritize the projects yet work efficiently to keep the ball rolling.
  • Details driven: There is no perfect marketing events or campaigns, but we do believe close attention to details will make a difference in delivering great campaigns.
  • Data-driven: Customer journey incudes multiple brand touchpoints, which are created by marketing and PR through different channels, we want you to have a data-driven mindset so you can review your marketing campaign performance by analyzing related data to optimize the marketing operational effectiveness.
