Marketing & SDR Operations Specialist
Why We Have This Role
The Qualtrics Marketing team is currently experiencing a gap in the handoff processes between Marketing and Sales Development Representatives. This relationship is fundamental in converting leads to opportunities. The Marketing & SDR Operations Specialist will help us to create pipeline and revenue for the business by improving our marketing campaign follow-up strategy, automate process for faster time-to-follow up, enable SDRs on current marketing campaigns and coach SDRs on best practices for lead advancement, ensuring accuracy at a global scale.

- Drive opportunity creation by administering and managing marketing usage of Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo and Salesforce
- Improve follow-up of marketing campaign leads by troubleshooting and refining sales processes and systems
- Improve lead conversion by maintaining high levels of process efficiency and data quality
- Improve enablement by training SDRs and Marketing team members on lead handoff processes and systems
- Drive clarity by maintaining lead handoff process documentation
- 1-2 years working in Sales or Marketing for a fast-paced growth company
- Bachelor’s Degree with a solid analytical and technical background
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with experience in modern software tools and including Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo and Marketo
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-growing tech startup
