Marketing Operations Manager
Deliveroo are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager. You will be responsible for identifying ways in which we can improve and automate processes, systems and ways of working across our marketing organisation, and leveraging AI to drive efficiencies where it makes sense to do so. This mid-level role requires organisational skills, strong stakeholder management to help navigate teams through change, and a solid understanding of the latest AI capabilities. You will be reporting into the senior global marketing operations manager, within the Global Marketing Operations team.
Mission
Global Marketing Operations is a highly impactful team who is responsible for making Deliveroo’s marketing organisation function as efficiently and effectively as possible. We achieve this by leveraging the latest technology to help teams move faster, make better decisions, and get better return on their marketing spend.
What you’ll be doing
- Automating processes and ways of working
- Supporting teams in the adoption of gen-AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Building bridges between systems using APIs so that Deliveroo teams have access to the right information, where they want it, when they need it.
- Guiding teams through operational change without disrupting current ways of working.
- Identifying ways in which teams can operate more efficiently or effectively, and working with those teams to scope out proposals before implementing the solution.
Requirements
- Highly organised and autonomous worker: You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a proven track record of managing operational projects end-to-end.
- A clear communicator and great stakeholder manager: We cut through the noise and make complex problems understandable and accessible. You will need to guide senior decision makers and process owners through varying levels of change.
- Process automation: You will have a proven track record of process and system automation.
- Bridging systems: You will have experience from previous roles in using API integrations to connect systems and enable data sharing between them.
- Strong Gen-AI knowledge and interest: You will demonstrate a solid understanding of the latest trends in the AI space and will have been exposed to gen-AI tools in previous roles.
