Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join our Healthcare Marketing Team, with a focus on CarePlus, Chewy’s pet insurance brand. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and is a strong team player with a keen understanding of Marketing planning processes and can translate processes into action. This person will be responsible for operationalizing and tracking the CarePlus marketing campaign through partnering and coordinating with marketing channel owners and creative teams. This person will also work with our legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure that all marketing materials are accurate and compliant before going live to customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the creative roadmap for CarePlus marketing campaigns
  • Draft creative briefs based on high-level campaign inputs
  • Provide creative feedback for revisions and coordinate approvals from stakeholders and leadership
  • Track the status and progress of planned marketing campaigns by working with channel owners to troubleshoot issues and ensure any changes in launch dates are communicated
  • Pull marketing reporting data to share the impact of campaigns and track progress toward goals
  • Optimize and maintain the CarePlus marketing campaign calendar to provide visibility into marketing activities for business and finance stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with various marketing partners to ensure inputs to the marketing calendar and project roadmap are maintained
  • Support Go-to-Market process for new campaign launches, communicating with channel owners and business stakeholder during launch periods

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-6 years in marketing role
  • Aptitude to communicate and work with all levels in the organization
  • Experience working with creative teams and providing feedback and guidance
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to team needs while ensuring operating efficiency
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Experience with Tableau and Excel
  • Comfortable dealing with data and using data to tell a story
  • Experience working in highly matrixed organization and with large cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate at depth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • An ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines
  • Position may require travel 5% of year
