We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to lead and manage our creative studio team, consisting of designers, copywriters, and motion designers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the successful delivery of creative projects. They will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the creative team, transforming stakeholder needs into actionable briefs while maintaining efficient workflows.

Studio Management:    •    Lead and manage the creative studio team, ensuring optimal use of their skills and time;    •    Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet deadlines;    •    Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Project Management:    •    Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines;    •    Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards;    •    Identify and mitigate potential project risks and bottlenecks.

Stakeholder Communication:    •    Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding creative requests;    •    Collect and understand stakeholders’ needs and objectives, transforming them into clear, actionable briefs for the studio team;    •    Provide regular updates on project statuses and manage expectations effectively.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (in marketing/branding);
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Fluent and proficient knowledge of Georgian and English languages;
• Focus on learning and development;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Strong time management skills.
