Lincoln International’s Global Marketing Team is seeking to add a Project Specialist to the group based in Chicago. This role will have a range of opportunities to contribute to marketing priorities of the firm’s industry and product groups, and the firm overall. Specific responsibilities will include helping to develop and manage marketing plans and timelines, providing graphic design and creative support, involvement in developing social media content and posts, supporting the events team with the creation of event materials, and other project support as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project planning to help set and meet deadlines and ensure industry and product groups are tracking favorably against their respective marketing plans
  • Liaise with conference organizers and industry associations to gather information about sponsorships and speaking engagements to help make recommendations, negotiate costs and ensure commitments are fulfilled
  • Collaborate with events team on tasks related to in-person and virtual events, from supporting and helping to design registration sites and materials to helping to create and manage guest lists
  • Provide graphic design support, learning the firm’s brand standards to apply to several types of collateral and promotional materials including social media posts, print thought leadership and brochures, signage, PowerPoint and digital displays
  • Support the analysis of campaign results and customer behavior to identify actionable opportunities for improvement across various platforms (website, email, social, etc.)
  • Provide project management support on initiatives of significant scale for both European and U.S. led-programs
  • Help manage receipt and review of invoices and tracking actuals against budget
  • Other marketing project support as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent attention to detail, superior organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with a focus on speed-to-market and high performance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Can do attitude with and interest in learning and contributing
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with HTML, event management technologies (Cvent), customer relationship management software (i.e, Salesforce) and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Willingness and ability to work with members of senior management
