Marketing Science Analyst

You Will:
- Lead the analysis of digital data using Adobe Analytics to track website and mobile app performance
- Investigate voice of customer data from surveys and app store responses, turning feedback into actionable insights
- Create engaging and interactive data visualizations that make numbers dance and insights sing
- Use analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to create interactive and compelling dashboards and reports that provide clients actionable insights
- Use storytelling techniques to present your findings in a compelling and understandable way
- Conduct journey analysis to map out customer experiences and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that help improve our client's digital experiences
- Implement and manage tags using platforms like GTM and Adobe Launch
- Engage with clients across multiple business units, making a significant impact through your insights
- Implement A/B tests to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other disciplines including Creative, Tech, UX, and Strategy
- Create measurement strategies for campaigns and digital experiences
You Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business—anything that made you fall in love with numbers)
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (you know your bounce rate from your conversion rate)
- Familiarity with tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch—you’re the tag whisperer)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (because even the most brilliant insights are useless if you can’t share them)
- Experience with data visualization programs like Tableau (you can turn a spreadsheet into a masterpiece)
- Familiarity with programming languages like R and Python (you speak data's native tongue)
