We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support execution of our marketing strategy in France. As part of a global Business Marketing team, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to develop your marketing skills while contributing to the growth of Pinterest within the French market. 

In this role, you will partner with the Head of Business Marketing in France and cross-functional partners to gain hands-on experience in increasing brand visibility, influencing agency and advertiser perception of the platform and encouraging them to invest in Pinterest. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Marketing in France to define the local market strategy by leveraging industry trends, best practice, learnings and local insights on Pinterest and competitors.
  • Lead key initiatives to bring the strategy to life, such as organizing Pinterest-owned or third party events, influencer or paid media campaigns, partnerships etc.
  • Leverage data and insights to create compelling local content that will positively impact perception locally (e.g. speaking opportunities, newsletters, masterclasses, success stories).
  • Work closely with local and global teams to ensure that global programs resonate locally.
  • Manage the measurement of local marketing activations and identify areas for improvement.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining operational excellence in project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data driven approach.
  • Genuine interest in the French advertising ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated/field marketing and/or digital marketing.
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing at a social media platform is a plus.
  • Fluent in French & English; both written and verbal communication.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. 
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 4 days per month, therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices; Paris, France.
