Marketing Student Assistant - EU Marketing
We are looking to hire a Marketing Student Assistant with outstanding organizational and time-management skills. As part of the EU B2B Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the team from a project management perspective. You will work closely with the different support teams, and be responsible for organizing resources so campaigns can be delivered on time. You will also participate in setting-up marketing campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
- General coordination of the campaigns and projects run by the EU Marketing team in the French, Dutch, Spanish, and Swedish markets (project management)
- Coordination with support teams (Localisation, Design, Digital, Content…)
- Support Country Managers in setting up marketing campaigns (automation workflows, Salesforce)
- Support the Lifecycle team with the regional execution of always on activity
- Support with event administration and execution
- General marketing administration
Who you are:
- Fluent spoken and written English (great if you also speak native Swedish/Dutch)
- Completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Strong organizational & time-management skills, and a pro-active hands-on approach
- Experience with a CRM solution (preferably Salesforce) and/or Marketing Automation (SFMC) is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
