With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Tracking Specialist to own and optimize marketing analytics and tracking across all digital campaigns. You will ensure accurate, privacy-compliant data collection that enables the marketing team to measure, analyze, and scale performance.This role sits in the Web Experience team but serves the entire marketing organization, working closely with Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, Paid Media, SEO, and Content Marketing. You will collaborate with key stakeholders in the product and data teams to align on company-wide standards while focusing on marketing-specific tracking needs.

Your Tasks

  • Own the implementation and maintenance of marketing tracking across websites, campaigns, and advertising platforms (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Audit and optimize tracking setups (client side, server side, highlighting and leveraging the differences between them) to ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance, and proper campaign attribution.
  • Manage offline conversion and lead import processes to connect marketing data with CRM/sales systems and improve visibility into campaign ROI.
  • Set up and optimize API-based integrations between ad platforms and CRMs/databases to ensure accurate lead and conversion data flows.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define tracking requirements for campaigns, landing pages, and lead-gen flows.
  • Ensure UTM consistency and campaign tagging governance across all marketing activities.
  • Partner with the other Tracking Specialists to align on shared standards, ensuring seamless user journey tracking across marketing and product.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to integrate marketing tracking into the company-wide data ecosystem and reporting pipelines.

You Bring

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing tracking implementation and troubleshooting
  • Strong expertise with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and tag/pixel management.
  • Familiarity with server-side tagging, data layers, and event tracking frameworks.
  • Understanding of attribution models, consent management, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience managing offline conversion imports, CRM integrations, and building API-based data flows between ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and CRMs/databases
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, web, data, product)
  • Knowledge of SQL, BI tools (Looker, BigQuery), and marketing automation systems is a plus
