Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.We are looking for a Measurement Content Lead, a senior content expert with deep experience in marketing measurement, analytics, and measurement implementation.This role goes beyond hands-on writing - aiming to shape and own the measurement content strategy, mentor peers, elevate Usercentrics’ voice as a thought leader in measurement, and drive measurable business results through content excellence.As a senior individual contributor, you will remain highly hands-on in content execution while also steering strategy, performance evaluation, cross-functional alignment, and long-term planning for measurement-centric content.This role sits in the Web Experience team and is a hands-on role for a creative communicator who thrives at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology. You’ll collaborate closely with the SST GTM Lead, Growth Marketer, Product and Product Marketing Manager to create content that drives product activation, conversion, and customer education within the Marketing Measurement (MM) space.

Your Tasks

Strategic leadership & planning

  • Define and lead the Marketing Measurement Content Strategy that aligns with Usercentrics’ product goals and GTM objectives.
  • Establish the editorial vision and roadmap for measurement content across channels (SEO, product, enablement, conversion, thought leadership).
  • Set and monitor content KPIs (e.g., SEO performance, lead quality, activation rates, engagement, funnel impact) and iterate based on performance data.
  • Conduct market and competitive content analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.
Content creation & quality
  • Produce a variety of high-impact, high-quality content across formats, including long-form guides, executive thought leadership, industry reports, white papers, analytical case studies, frameworks, and narratives that elevate our Marketing Measurement (MM), analytics and performance tracking expertise.
  • Write and edit video scripts for tutorials, product explainers, and customer education content.
  • Develop and maintain webinar content - including outlines, talking points, and promotional materials.
  • Support educational initiatives by developing course materials and in-product learning resources.
  • Ensure all content related to Marketing Measurement and SST is technically accurate, persuasive, and aligned with brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for discoverability and organic performance.
  • Proofread and review content for clarity, tone, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and Enablement teams to translate product insight and measurement best practices into compelling stories and usable assets.
  • Influence and align content priorities with GTM initiatives, launches, and campaign goals.
  • Contribute to enablement materials, ensuring internal teams (sales, support, marketing) are equipped with clear and consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with the SST Core team to ensure all content supports key KPIs - product activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Write and maintain product documentation to support self-service onboarding, activation, and product understanding.
Mentorship & knowledge and thought leadership
  • Coach, mentor, and elevate the broader content team (e.g., Technical Writers, Junior Writers), ensuring quality standards and consistency.
  • Lead internal training on measurement topics, enabling non-content stakeholders to communicate complex measurement ideas effectively.
  • Represent Usercentrics in industry forums, webinars, conferences, and bylines that position us as a measurement authority.
  • Identify opportunities for external partnerships, research, and co-created content that enhance our reputation and reach.

You Bring

  • 6+ years of content experience in SaaS, analytics, marketing technology, or related technical domain, including significant experience with marketing measurement, analytics, and measurement implementation.
  • Strong track record of developing and scaling content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Subject matter expert in marketing measurement and digital measurement fundamentals (analytics, tagging, signal collection best practices, server-side tagging, consent implications).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills — with the ability to tailor tone and depth for different audiences (from technical to business).
  • Comfortable producing content across multiple formats: long-form guides, ad copy, documentation, and scripts.
  • Experience working with analytics, SEO tools, and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and how each system connects into the entire adtech ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including setup, troubleshooting, and best practices for Server-Side GTM.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience collaborating with SEO specialists.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator — thrives in cross-functional teams with marketing, product, and design.
  • Curious mindset with a passion for simplifying complex technical topics.

Nice to have:
  • Ability to read and understand HTML, JavaScript and browser cookies to effectively communicate tagging and implementation requirements (a strong plus).
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, BigQuery), GTM/SST tooling, and privacy tech ecosystems.
  • Prior public speaking, industry contributions, or published thought leadership.
