Job Description:
The Media Coordinator will play a critical role in our Central Media Team, serving as the main point of contact for our media tool, overseeing media planning and execution and analysing media performance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a passion for online gaming and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be the point of contact for a global support function and coordinate global media spend pacing, generating monthly/quarterly and annual global media reports, assisting in marketing campaigns etc.
- Main point of contact for the MediaTool (Media Management Platform), control and govern that all data is organized and uploaded across our different markets.
- Continually develop our way of working with the system and create a single source of truth.
- Collect data, KPI selection and generate Global media analytical reports.
- Distribute global media monthly reports to various stakeholders.
- Provide training to our local markets and global marketing functions.
- Coordinate support / training to external media partners i.e. media agencies.
- Work with our various media partners to collect relevant data (TV GRPs, Category Media Spend, Media consumption data, FB SoV etc).
- Coordinate paid global media campaigns, from brief, implementation, execution, and evaluation.
- Category, competitive and market analysis such as Share of Voice, Share of Spend, Share of Intent (search), etc. and put this in relation to our marketing spend.
- Support stakeholders of all levels with critical pieces of analysis to drive the business forward.
- You will work in different systems, it is good if you have some experience of; PowerBi, Media Management platforms, Google Analytics etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s in marketing, Economics or a quantitative discipline, or other similar training.
- To thrive and to be successful in this role, we believe that you are self-motivated, have a creative eye, are proactive, and great at taking own initiatives and decisions - both on a strategic and operational level.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience from B2C marketing
- Strong media knowledge across all media channels (ATL+BTL)and with a strong analytical mindset
- Experience from media agency / or similar, either as media buyer or media analyst / insight is highly valuable.
- Proven track record of executing media campaigns with clear follow-ups and KPI settings.
- Strong command of English language both written and spoken.
- Highly structured, hands-on, multi-tasking marketer with a clear ability to focus on results and return of investment.
