Your Role

Would you like to play a role in this growth process? We are looking for a Medical Engineer Working Student to join our team of medical and software experts. You will contribute to the development of our impactful software products as it is our goal to receive regulatory approval and clinical application for these products. This brings you into an exciting position in our team, working on the interface of software development and quality management / regulatory affairs.

Your Challenge

  • Contribute to planning, coordination, performance and documentation of the software verification, validation and risk management activities throughout the software life cycle
  • Work on stakeholder and software requirements for the next generation of software products
  • Support software releases and compile technical documentation for regulatory submissions for our AI-based software products (e.g. FDA 510(k), MDR)

Your Skills

  • Basic knowledge in medical software development, including areas such as software requirements engineering, verification and validation, risk management, and documentation
  • Analytical and structured working style with ability to quickly adapt to new topics and take over responsibility
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the regulatory frameworks and relevant standards for medical software (e.g. IEC 62304, ISO 14791)
  • Programming skills (e.g. Python) are a plus
