We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for Interns to help out our Global Member Services team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and engagement of our members by providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest-related issues promptly and professionally.

Your Responsibilities

  •  Act as a primary point of contact for Habyt users, guiding them through their journey with us, including move-ins and move-outs throughout our portfolio in Europe.
  • Assist in resolving ongoing support queries from our valued members promptly and professionally.
  • Prioritize and skillfully manage support tickets to ensure a consistently high level of service and updated pipeline.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
  • Handle documents, contract terminations, billing requests, and other processes related to members' tenancy for a smooth co-living experience.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
  • Full-working proficiency in English required, German, Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Some international background through work and/or study abroad is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in navigating social media platforms.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Self-accountable and able to work independently without well-worn paths or established protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for real estate, shared living, and alignment with the Habyt mission.
