Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Merchandising Analytics Manager at our facility in Boston, Massachusetts to partner with internal analytics and BI teams to develop and QA new data tables, dashboards, and products for internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and own standardized intake processes for building new reports, new features, and enhanced functionality of existing tools.
• Perform advanced analysis by leveraging large data sets from multiple systems to surface actionable insights that support Merchandising in making data-driven decisions around product assortment, site placement, promotions, and operational performance.
• Lead and support recurring requirements gathering and product release checkpoints with internal and external business partners.
• Program manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Support Merchandising leadership by building reports and performing ad-hoc analyses to drive favorable outputs across customer experience and financial metrics.
• 10% domestic travel required.
• Telecommuting permitted.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of experience.
• Experience must include the following: SQL;
• Advanced Excel;
• Advanced data visualization skills using software, such as Tableau or Power BI;
• Executing complex data analyses;
• Managing cross-functional projects;
• Financial KPIs and P&L statement;
• Data warehousing and relational database structure;
• Analytics;
• Scripting language (Python or R);
• Statistics; and
• Project management.
• 10% domestic travel required.
• Telecommuting permitted.
