YOUR MISSION

You will join the Micro Fulfillment Center (MFC) department to lead the Performance Management team responsible for ensuring the correct implementation and execution of business processes that will impact business growth & profitability.

THE JOURNEY

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of MFC Business Performance Managers that overview business performance of the business in 15 countries
  • You lead several  MFC’s key growth and performance improvement initiatives with direct revenue or cost impact
  • You work closely with regional and country leadership teams in defining and executing the business strategy for MFC with a focus on driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer experience
  • You work closely with SME teams (Category Management & Operations) to implement their strategy in the local countries
  • You drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment and maximize synergies across the organization
  • Get feedback from our MFC local teams and translate it into product, marketing, and operations improvement
  • Audit progression and OKRs achievement for the department
  • Provide guidance and decision-making input to Market/Market-wide Q-Commerce  leadership to navigate key deliverables and enable them to make final decisions
  • Manage or contribute to special projects and initiatives that ensure continued alignment of the end-to-end MFC strategy in the regions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 4+ years of experience in highly demanding positions (supply chain, operations, retail, consulting, ...)
  • You have a curious mind and enjoy learning about our businesses in different parts of the globe and building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, work well under pressure, and handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • You possess a hands-on mentality and outstanding logical and analytical thinking skills, as well as high attention to detail—a hands-on attitude, capable of spending hours and days on the ground.
  • You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and independent in handling business challenges
  • You have a great ability to hire, manage, and retain a top-talent team
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills. Experience in programming and coding languages (SQL or Python) is a plus
