Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SCCM and Intune Expert to manage and maintain our infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and deploying patches and applications, scripting, and managing Azure AD, AD, DHCP, PKI, and DNS.
You will:
- Manage and monitor all systems and infrastructure using SCCM and Intune.
- Deploy patches and applications to Servers/endpoints using SCCM and Intune.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
- Manage AzureAD, AD, DHCP, PKI, and DNS.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Recommend process and architecture improvements, stay current with new technology options and vendor products, evaluating which ones would be a good fit for the company.
- Maintain infrastructure security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Oversee and maintain our Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimized and cost-effective resource utilization.
- Handle all aspects of Microsoft software and service licensing, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
- Develop, maintain, and deploy Powershell scripts for automation, configuration, and management tasks.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring the implementation of industry best practices throughout our IT processes.
- Proven experience in designing IT solutions and leading projects from inception to completion.
You have:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in patching, updating, and troubleshooting both servers and workstations using SCCM and Intune - MUST
- Proven experience installing SCCM from scratch - MUST
- Experience working with user authentication using Okta
- Proven experience in managing Azure AD, AD, DHCP, PKI, and DNS.
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Python, Powershell).
- Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
- Proven working knowledge with Different SaaS APIs.
