Role: Mid Level Project / Account Manager, FTC - 18 months (w/m/d)

About the role:
OLIVER is looking for a Mid Level Project / Account Manager to join the team!
As a Mid Level Project / Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in the growth and development of a technology account. In this role you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be assisting with incoming project briefs, fielding internal requests, and ensure we adhere to project timelines. Knowledge of retail marketing telecommunications partners would be desirable.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organized candidate looking to develop their career further in agency account management or someone who would like to build on previous experience in a similar environment. The success of the role will rely on your ability to accurately brief in client asks and ensure accuracy of content/creative from the initial project request and follow-through to completion.
What you will be doing:
- Take full ownership of your projects from brief to delivery, whether in print or digital formats.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate closely with clients and external service providers, working together to define project scope, estimates, and schedules.
- Have at least 3 – 5 years of experience working in a client facing capacity, from handling client
- queries, to taking full and conclusive briefs. Internship experience will be considered.
- You will be ambitious and able to handle multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
- Resourceful and enthusiastic, a natural problem-solver who learns quickly and responds well to changes and opportunities.
- You will be highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills.
- Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in German and English is required with French and/or Italian considered a plus.
