Role: Mid-weight Project Manager 

Location:  Frimley, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, you will deliver key live projects within the studio as well as helping managing the studio resources and capacity. The Project Manager will be accountable for the central planning of all project work and overseeing the delivery of this work in partnership with the Programme Manager

 

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting to the Programme Manager the Project Manager oversees a team consisting of a Design Director, Copywriter and 3 x Designers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Supporting on live projects and managing project workflow through Oliver’s project management software
  • Supporting with resource and trafficking projects
  • Overseeing team utilisation and supporting on additional ad-hoc resource where required
  • Working directly with clients on brief prioritisation
  • Overseeing the scoping, planning and specification of projects and approving all costs before they are submitted to client if required
  • Working with the Programme Manager and Group Account Director on account processes and operations
  • Supporting with finance operations including billing and reporting
  • Supporting with MI reports monthly
  • Providing support to the team to create and manage master documentation
  • Effectively monitoring project progress and profitability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget
  • Maintain and support the client’s brand guidelines and standards as specified and manage the quality control across projects
  • Manage the set-up of Box and ensure the teams are utilising the folder structure accurately
  • Ensure all teams are following the workflow process as instructed
  • Develop and effectively maintain excellent working relationships with the Client Services team and the client to deliver projects on brief 
  • Brand understanding across the portfolio
