The Role

As a ML Ops Engineer (f/m/d) in the Staffing Platform team, you will be at the intersection of software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning. Your work will enable Zenjob’s product and data science teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and reliable AI-powered services to optimize staffing solutions.

We’re the team behind the scenes for Fulfilment and Exposure — building the infrastructure, tooling, and workflows that make it possible to move fast, test ideas, and scale data and AI across the Staffing vertical. This is a chance to shape how AI gets operationalised in a marketplace that thousands rely on daily. You’ll join a sharp, collaborative group of engineers and dive deep into the intersection of backend systems and data-driven decision-making.

How You Will Contribute

• Develop and maintain scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines to automate training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of models.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and other engineers to bring models into production, enabling feedback loops and iterative improvements.
• Design and manage data workflows and features using Snowflake and other data storage technologies.
• Contribute to the evolution of our data architecture and engineering practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
• Participate in shaping our team’s culture, practices, and tech roadmap, supporting others through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in software or data engineering, with 1-2+ years focusing specifically on ML Ops or productionizing machine learning systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Kafka and Postgres.
• Good understanding of ML Ops best practices such as CI/CD, versioning, reproducibility and observability.
• A collaborative spirit: you thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy contributing to shared goals.
• Self-starting and responsible: you can plan your work, unblock yourself when needed, and deliver value incrementally.
