We’re looking for a B2C Product Monetization Manager,to plan and execute a growth strategy for our apps’ diverse revenue channels.

In today's highly competitive app ecosystem, creating user journeys communication alongside optimizing the different user funnels toward conversion plays a crucial role in our monetization effort. We are seeking a super-talented team member who can ideate and deliver marketing and product initiatives to optimize user conversion toward revenue, aligned with the product strategy. This position offers a chance to own revenue initiatives, their execution and directly affect the company's KPIs.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as a B2C Monetization Manager means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Plan and execute an internal communication strategy with our existing user base to motivate and encourage them to engage with our apps and convert to perform revenue-generating actions 
  • Create & implement events and promotions to drive revenue growth
  • Initiate, specify and define creative product ideas to reach product targets
  • Optimize user funnels and A/B test content 
  • Collaborate with the product, design, marketing, data and development teams to prioritize and execute impactful tasks
  • Analyze and present data to both support future tasks and provide feedback and transparency to launched activities 
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new monetization opportunities.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on revenue generation and market trends to senior management.
  • Utilize data analytics to refine strategies and improve decision-making.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to align objectives and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Apply insights from research to enhance monetization and internal marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices.

This is the perfect job for someone with:

  • B.A. in Business/Marketing/Economics/Industrial Engineering or any other related field 
  • Demonstrated experience in improving monetization efforts across B2C products
  • 3+ years experience with marketing automation (email, push, pop-ups) planning and execution for B2C apps (advantage - experience with OneSignal/Braze (or equivalent)
  • Super analytical thinking - working with MixPanel or similar - advantage
  • A methodical, organized and thorough person able to design efficient work processes and own projects A-Z
  • Highly technical and passionate about reading and writing documentation 
  • Creative, problem-solver & entrepreneurial state of mind
  • Ad monetization/affiliate experience - advantage
  • Native/fluent English (additional language - advantage)
  • Ability to work in a diverse & dynamic environment
