As a Product Manager specializing in fee, pricing, and monetization, you will take a hands-on role in implementing and experimenting with our organization's new pricing strategy. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in executing product initiatives, driving experimentation, and building the necessary infrastructure for innovative pricing and offerings.

For this role you are also:
- Lead the execution of the organization's pricing strategy, ensuring successful implementation of new fee structures and monetization models.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize pricing and offering components based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Take charge of building and enhancing the product infrastructure to support new pricing models and offerings.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to swiftly implement and iterate on product features.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, compliance, and legal, to align and execute pricing initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into actionable implementation plans.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented pricing strategies.
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and monetization to inform ongoing adjustments.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly presentation of pricing and fee structures.
- Gather user feedback and iteratively enhance product features to improve user satisfaction.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (3 years) as a Product Manager, with a focus on pricing, fees, or monetization in a FinTech or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in executing product initiatives and driving experimentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
