Sage Home Loans Corporation is looking for a Mortgage Trainer to support the growth of the fastest growing mortgage company in the country. The Trainer will work with Sales and Operations Leadership to deliver a training experience that helps our team members get better every day and perfect their craft.  This role requires an expert in the field with strong ability to translate knowledge into engaging and understandable content.

This role is required to operate out of our south Charlotte, NC area office on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday through Thursday in office).   

What You’ll Do:  

  • Deliver comprehensive, timely training curriculum designed to support our existing Sales and Operations team 
  • Create engaging and interactive classroom-based learning experiences for those onsite in our Charlotte Headquarters as well as those working remotely throughout the country 
  • Maintain expert knowledge of materials delivered, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for our team members 
  • Deliver continuing education to team members to continue to improve their skill set  
  • Train out new technology improvements created at Sage to ensure a high degree of understanding and aptitude by our Team Members  

What We’re Looking For:  

  • Proven successful experience as a Mortgage Trainer 
  • Ability to translate knowledge in a meaningful way to new learners, adjusting for different learner styles and making concepts accessible to learners  
  • Strong passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate learners  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills  
  • A desire and willingness to participate in the growth of Sage Home Loans 
  • A commitment to the work ethic required to be successful in a high energy, fast paced environment  
  • Deep understanding of the Mortgage Industry required  

Compensation  

  • Cash Compensation Range: $70,000-$100,000 (Annual Salary will be based on experience)
