Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented National Account Manager – Petrol & Convenience (P&C) to join our Youfoodz business and lead our growth in the P&C channel. In this role, you will drive sales revenue, manage key national accounts, and expand our customer base. You'll oversee our distribution network to ensure top-notch service and delivery. 

You will…

  • Develop and implement quarterly business reviews, category reviews, and joint customer plans.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all relevant internal departments, including logistics, distribution, accounts, marketing, and operations
  • Achieve revenue, margin, and contribution targets for designated customer groups.
  • Utilise consumer insights and data analysis to identify and maximise existing business opportunities and drive new growth.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and volume, and coordinate campaigns and promotions with key customers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, understand market trends, and make strategic recommendations for future planning.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise and Category Managers, franchises, and Group Marketing Managers to plan, monitor, and review activities.
  • Manage the execution of all activities, ensuring accountability across the field team and stakeholders, and drive brand and culture consistency across all touchpoints.

You have…

  • 3-4 years’ experience in FMCG sales leadership, account management, or business development.
  • Experience within P&C account management
  • Strong relationship building and high levels of tenacity and resilience, with a results-orientated mentality
  • Experience with FMCG databases such as Quantium, Nielsen & IRI/Aztec
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are desirable.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence is required.
  • Proven track record in managing and negotiating trading terms and range reviews with major customers.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating strong commercial acumen, resilience, professionalism, and work ethic.

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia
