Intro to Business Services

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the NetSuite ERP system, be adept at understanding business processes, and can customise and implement solutions that enhance our organisational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements.
• Analyse business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Customise NetSuite ERP to align with business needs, including creating custom fields, records, forms, workflows, and scripts.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other business applications.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and optimal system performance.

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes.
• Proven experience with NetSuite customisation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration.
• NetSuite Administrator certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
