SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

  • We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore.  You will be working closely with our business partners to understand requirements, identify and implement solutions on our NetSuite platform to support our Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Supply Chain flows.  The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the NetSuite platform and a strong understanding of ERP business processes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with our stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and understand business issues and challenges, envision potential solutions, and support the design, development, implementation, and adoption of these solutions
  • Conduct in-depth system analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and document business processes, workflows, and configurations within NetSuite.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and NetSuite capabilities.
  • Document system features and capabilities in business terms and using understandable business language providing business users with easy-to-reference, timely and accurate information on how to use system functionality.
  • Perform impact assessments and define the scope of requested changes, enhancements, new features, and new system capabilities.
  • Acting as the liaison between the business units and the NetSuite Technical teams, to manage business priorities, communicate changes in scope or schedule, and call out risks.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet specific business requirements.
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Play a key role in designing the long-term system roadmap in partnership with functional users and the NatSuite Technical team
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for NetSuite end-users.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite updates, features, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of system changes.
  • Collaborate with internal groups in the planning and analysis of business systems requirements, system changes, or enhancements. Defining business processes as they relate to system enhancements.

Experience needed:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on NetSuite ERP.
  • Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy, ability to transform end-user needs / functional requirements into technical requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of internal controls best practices and SOX Compliance.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations and solutions.
  • Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow systems.
  • Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, ERP Reporting, Financial Setups, Saved Searches, CSV imports, and Analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP business analysis and/or ERP system functional experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Accounting and FAM modules and functionalities.
  • Hands on Experience with Custom forms, Custom fields, lists and Custom segments.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting within NetSuite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • NetSuite Certification is a plus.
