✅ The Team:We're looking for an experienced NetSuite Technical Analyst to support the Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and improving the efficiency of our NetSuite instance to deliver ideal ERP system for Finance team, will be responsible for identifying opportunities, and driving focus on continuous improvement of NetSuite.

You will prioritize the technical analysis, solution design and implementation of identified solution for NetSuite enhancements.

✅ What this job involves:

• Supporting the Finance team with ongoing maintenance of NetSuite, identify and work towards Continuous improvement of NetSuite.
• Optimizing existing scripts, workflows to increase efficiencies in NetSuite.
• Delivery of regular feature assessment reviews, and progress status reports
• Help define system improvements for NetSuite which would be beneficial for the wider finance organization.
• Work with both internal and external users/vendors to deliver consistent results

✅ What you need to have:

• 3-4 years NetSuite experience as NetSuite technical consultant
• NetSuite administrator experience preferred.
• Advanced Revenue Management experience
• Extensive Order to Cash experience.
• SQL Knowledge and expertise in saved search in NetSuite
• Experience with custom records, custom fields, and workflows in NetSuite
• Working knowledge of SuiteScript capabilities preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Ready to act as secondary support to the other financial systems in the company.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify and solve difficult business problems – with strong business acumen.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Positive, passionate, high-energy. Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-change environment with autonomy. Able to handle ambiguity.
• Ability to lead and motivate others through good people management skills.
• Ability to travel as required
