As the New Market Director, you’ll lead the exciting challenge of opening a new source market for our existing group travel brands. While we’ve primarily worked with the French and German markets, we’re eager to expand our horizons—and we need your expertise to make it happen!
Which Source Market: We are open to any source market. During the interview process, you will need to demonstrate why the market you propose has high potential and convince us that you are the right person to capture this potential.
You will collaborate with an ambitious, passionate team of Directors, each one developing their own brand. You will have the support of the Ventura TRAVEL departments that will help you take your new market to success.
On daily basis you will- Develop and execute a strategy to launch and grow a new source market for Ventura TRAVEL’s brands.
- Conduct research on the target audience, market trends, and competition.
- Collaborate with brand directors and departments (Marketing, Customer Success, IT) to align efforts.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns tailored to the new market to drive engagement with our Marketing Team.
- Set and track KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies.
- Manage the budget for market entry, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Represent Ventura TRAVEL in the new market, building brand awareness and reputation.
- Travel Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the group travel industry and source markets.
- Marketing Acumen: A proven track record of crafting successful marketing strategies for new markets.
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and effective communication in all interactions.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ambitious, proactive, and resourceful with a drive to succeed.
- Adaptability: Openness to aligning your professional approach with Ventura’s unique working style.
- Several years of experience in the travel industry.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing campaigns and CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Getting all needed financial investments to grow your new market.
- Participation at the overall profit of all of our brands, such as all of our employees.

- Yearly 2-week-offsite, if we achieve our goals (so far we went to South Africa, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil & Costa Rica).
